1. Solid Professional Ability
Accounting is a very professional subject. Only with solid basic financial knowledge can we be better qualified for accounting work. Therefore, the first requirement for a recruiter to find a job is to obtain a junior accountant's certificate. Some companies even require an accounting major. This shows that the professional competence requirements of accounting practitioners are relatively high.
2. Skilled Practical Ability
With the advent of the information age, today's accounting work and financial software are inseparable. It is no longer a handwritten accounting voucher. Accountants must use financial software to record accounts on a computer and pay taxes and rebates online. These require accountants to have the practical ability to perform accounting work.
3. Good communication skills
In the opinion of most people, it is generally accepted that financial work is not to be talked about. They don't have to deal with people. This is not the case, however. Within the company, financial personnel not only need to communicate with cost accounting, accounting, general ledger accounting of the same department, but also can report financial work to company leaders at any time and anywhere; outside the company, financial personnel will also participate in it. In order to deal with the tax authorities and the personnel of the Bureau of Commerce and Industry, it requires the financial personnel to have good communication skills. Of course, it does not mean that non-extroverted people are not suitable for accounting work. As long as they have certain communication skills, introverts can also be competent in accounting.
With enough ability, we can get better development in the accounting industry and solve all kinds of accounting problems well.
