有下列情形之一的，不得核准企业名称:
In any of the following circumstances, the name of the enterprise shall not be approved:
(一)与同一工商行政管理部门核准登记的同行业企业的字号相同，但有投资关系的除外;
(1) The same name as the same industry enterprise approved and registered by the same administrative department for Industry and commerce, except for investment relations;
(2)它是一样的商店名字的企业名称核准或者登记的工商行政管理部门和符合第十八条的企业名称登记管理办法,除了它具有投资关系;
